Town Center residents were swept away to old Italy as they danced to the music of The Silver Tops playing many Italian favorites and for dinner they were surprised with an amazing dinner made from scratch! Tisha Toombs, one of our talented cooks, prepared her own homemade pasta for everyone to see. The meal began with a Caprese Salad with Balsamic Reduction Dressing, followed by the Entree which was Chicken Cacciatore on fresh homemade Herbed Pasta served with a shredded Zucchini Medley and a Garlic/Parmesan Breadstick. And…for Dessert (again made from scratch) Mascarpone Stuffed Crepes with mixed Berry Sauce. It was definitely a night to remember!
