Dining Services featured a Pasta Bar in the dining room of Town Center this last week. Our chefs prepared Fettuccine and Penne pastas, with a variety of items to add to your own dish. Sauces included Marinara, Alfredo, Roma, and Carbonara, with a selection of three meats…Shrimp, Sausage, or Chicken. Vegetables also on the buffet included Sundried Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, Onions and Mushrooms. Residents could combine any of the various choices for a delicious pasta course!
